DANIEL ASHER releases album!
Finally! After years of colaboration with artists like Papa D, Governor Andy, Chilly & Leafy, and Internal Dread, Daniel Asher takes matter into own hands and releases the full-length album Stand Tall!
The album’s twelve songs – all original – sets a new standard for swedish reggae: It´s true roots, dub, nyahbinghi and catchy melodies, with a sound mixing the best of old and new. This is reggae for real!
Daniel is backed by Jah Covenant Band, a hard hitting crew experienced from acts like Tony Ellis, Governor Andy, The Cigarres and Urban Tribe Stockholm to name a few.
Daniel Asher & Jah Covenant Band is a respected name on the nordic reggae scene and have performed at Uppsala Reggae Festival, Öland Roots and Raggapak in Denmark. They also won the Rototom Sunsplash Scandinavian Reggae Contest in 2008.
With the debut Stand Tall! Daniel Asher & Jah Covenant Band take another step forward.
